What is the backlash about when it's concerning Zilv? 

1. Zilv refusing to explain

When Zilv initially started flirting more publicly with Kai while being engaged to Rourke, the fans were still very understanding, and waiting to find out what's happening. The confusion and uncertainty continued for some days, making everyone more and more anxious. When the fans started asking more demandingly for an explanation, Zilv didn't give any, but instead gave middle finger. This caused the first bigger backlash.

2. Zilv being unfair towards both boys

He didn’t do right by Rourke, messaging and dating Kai while keeping Rourke hanging on the hope that they could fix things. He treated Kai bad as well, dating him while being engaged to Rourke. He even toyed with the idea of the three of them living under the same roof while he must have known how deeply Rourke loved him and how devastating that would have been for Rourke. And I can't imagine it would have been an ideal situation for Kai either.

3. Zilv victimising himself and not taking any responsibility for his own actions 

Zilv seems to always have some excuse for his actions. Nothing is ever his fault - for example him not picking up Rourke when he had promised to wasn't because he desired to stay in Newcastle for longer, it was because of the fans. For surely a 26-year-old grown-ass man was just forced against his will to break a promise, just because someone in the internet told him so. He's also victimizing himself for "allowing Rourke to return home", where they continued living together, sleeping and cuddling together and having sex together, while telling people that they are a couple and trying to work through a rough patch. Surely Zilv is the victim here for allowing things to happen, not Rourke who thought Zilv's actions and words actually meant something.

4. Zilv bashing his fans

His fans are his customers, who enabled the lifestyle he had. When the fans started asking for explanations for his obnoxious behavior, he decided to answer with words including (but not limited to) : ”they clearly have a lot of mental issues”, ”sadistic low life clueless rats”, “idiots”, "Asian cunts", “fat cunts”, “retards”, "pathetic sickos"... He has never apologized for any racist, misogynist, ableist, fat shaming or xenophobic comment he made. He even told fans to kill themselves, and never took those words back or offered any apology. Certainly many of the things he's said have been said in anger. However he's a public figure, he has chosen his career and its repercussions. He should have had enough wit to refrain from these remarks, or at least to apologize immediately after.

5. Zilv being a dick to Rourke's family

Zilv also bashed Rourke’s family members and doxxed one of them. During the relationship he had portrayed them to the fans as horrible people who are envious of him and Rourke. After the break up it has become evident that this picture was far from the truth, as Rourke's family took him in with open arms, being loving and supportive. One of Rourke's sisters warned people not to believe in Zilv's lies, another sister told how their mother never gave up on Rourke and that pissed Zilv off. Zilv would curse on Rourke's mother and call her names including "cunt", "whore" and "bitch". He would also curse other relatives who

were voicing their concern of Rourke's well-being, calling them for example "backwards retards". It came out that during the relationship Rourke would have to go to the bathroom to call his mother in secret.

6. Zilv being insensitive towards Rourke

Zilv gave Rourke no time to heal, but did the opposite. He rubbed his new relationship in Rourke’s face publicly for weeks before ending the engagement, and continuously right after that. Zilv was also being completely insensitive claiming he wasn’t cheating because he was honest and Rourke knew what he was up to. Rourke’s leaked DM (from 4/8/2020) show that Rourke knew but was absolutely heartbroken over it, not being able to understand why Zilv so deliberately continued hurting him. Emotional cheating is also cheating, and cruelty is cruelty even when you call it honesty. Also Zilv's careless remarks that Rourke will do professional porn felt deeply insulting to the fans, as it always seemed like for Rourke the reason to do porn was his love for Zilv, and trying to get the money to achieve their dreams together. The idea that he would just jump on to doing professional porn, in the emotionally destroyed state Zilv had left him in, was appalling to many.

7. Zilv considering the three of them living together

Zilv casually mentioned they could all three live together, because Rourke was his "best friend". Kai entertained the idea too, telling people how he might do porn or might not, but he was sure Rourke would continue making videos. Why would Kai be so certain of this? The fans were infuriated by Kai's words, as they implied Zilv was planning to use Rourke for continuing his porn career, while humiliating him by making him live with his new boyfriend. Regardless whether or not Zilv's was planning to use his "best friend" as his meal ticket, he was being incredibly insensitive and callous thinking that it would be a good idea to string heartbroken Rourke further along, and to rub his new relationship in Rourke's face, not only in social media but in daily life too.

8. Zilv not protecting or defending Rourke

Rourke tried to protect Zilv, and defended Zilv time after time. He fought for their relationship with everything he had. He did this while being tormented by Zilv and Kai publicly for weeks, as they were rubbing their relationship in his face. Still Rourke asked repeatedly for all the hatred to stop. Zilv never once defended Rourke or tell Kai to stop torturing him (at least we can assume Kai would have stopped, if Zilv had asked him to).

9. Zilv lying to fans for months

Zilv and Rourke were not just selling porn, they were selling a relationship. This was their main draw and they knew it, even though Zilv tried to claim after the break up that they were only selling porn and people shouldn't be upset about lies. When the break up happened, and Zilv first claimed they had been broken up for months, there was a backlash towards both of them for lying. Clearly the content of the product they had been selling had changed without the customers being informed. However as things progressed it became evident fast that for Rourke the relationship was still very real and he was still fighting for it. The relationship didn’t end for Rourke before December 5th, so he wasn't selling a lie. Zilv had checked out emotionally months before, he had been selling a lie – both to fans / paying customers and to Rourke. He was living with Rourke, cuddling him, kissing him, having sex with him, sexting with him, even saying "I love you" to him on videos, but somehow he had still "personally broken up" with Rourke. It hasn't been cleared how their life was any different after Zilv's "personal break up" from what it was while the relationship was on.

10. Zilv exploiting the work of Rourke

Zilv and Rourke built everything together on their shared platforms. After the break up Zilv took over all the shared assets, for example locking Rourke out of their shared Twitter account. This was once again a broken promise, for he had promised Rourke that the Twitter account would always be theirs together. It would have been fair if both of them had started from scratch, but instead Zilv took advantage of the work Rourke had put into building the account, and forced only Rourke to start again from zero. To a shock of many fans he also deleted every post of their relationship from the account, deleting many precious memories and only leaving up the PH video links. This erasing of the relationship and reducing Rourke's role in his life for 3 years as a mere co-star was a breaking point to many fans and caused a new wave of backlash on Zilv. Zilv could have started a new OnlyFans as well as a new PH channel for the new material. The fans even asked PH on his behalf is it possible for one model to have several accounts, and the answer was yes as long as the content is different. This was what many fans wished for -- to have the possibility to still enjoy the old material without having to support the new, if they didn't want to. Also a new OF account could have easily been made, letting the old fans enjoy the content of the old account until it was closed, and having the fans of the new material in the new account. If Zilv had wanted to prolong the existence of the old account, he could have made some solo videos, like the fans suggested to him.

However this didn't happen. One can only assume the reasons, most obvious conclusion being that if the accounts were separate, Rourke would have a reasonable claim for half the revenue of his videos instead of a much smaller percentage for when there are three people sharing it. (To my knowledge there are no Kai videos in PH at the moment, so hopefully Rourke is getting his half of PH income.)

11. Zilv keeping the old videos in the accounts

Isn't it so nice towards Kai that all the videos of Rourke are still there, and all Kai gets is a shared spotlight with his boyfriend's ex? Who wouldn't want their workplace to be filled with the pictures of their partner's ex? Especially since Zilv claims that the videos with Rourke don't bring in any money -- if that is the truth, why are those videos there? Is he keeping them all for sentimental reasons only? How is that not extremely insensitive and insulting towards Kai?

12. Money issues between Zilv and Rourke

This is a matter between them that shouldn't concern the fans at all. However many are very suspicious, because Zilv keeps making statements that the old videos bring him no money. Why would he say that? Sure, the ad revenue in the PH free videos is only $0.64 per 1000 views, however it is still money, and there are still people watching those old vids. 
Statements like this just make people think he's trying to hide income so he wouldn't have to give Rourke the share belonging to him. The latest remark is from February 1st, even though in February the models received a bonus based on their income in October-November 2020, half of which justly belongs to Rourke.  Even though this should be a matter between the two of them, this is still one cause for the backlash against Zilv. Another bonus based on same criteria was paid in March, so Zilv stating PH brings in no money is a blatant lie. 
Update: In June 2021 it became known that Zilv hadn't paid Rourke anything of PH income for the first six months, including the two big bonuses. Starting from May 2021 the ad revenue income is now going to Rourke. 

13. Zilv not giving a shit about Kai's mental health

Kai has claimed he suffers from depression and that he has had problems with his self-confidence. For Zilv to shoot porn with him and put the videos up next to the ones he's done with Rourke, which draws comparison, is cruel. If you were to ask Zilv, I suppose this wouldn't be his fault, as his actions are never his fault. This would probably be the fans' fault once again, even though many of the critical comments also come from casual porn watchers. Even the people who haven't followed the drama are drawing comparisons and giving critique to the Zilv and Kai videos. You would think that a loving man would do everything in his power to protect his boyfriend, but Zilv does nothing but pushes him to the public eye on a field were everyone will encounter judgement and some form of body shaming. The same had happened to Rourke too. There was no way Zilv would have assumed it wouldn't happen to Kai. On the contrary he had all the reason to assume the critique would be even harsher towards Kai than it had ever been towards Rourke (especially after filming the first video, for Zilv must have realized Kai is not as naturally talented as Rourke was). However Zilv didn't give a shit about what this could do to Kai's mental health. He didn't choose to protect Kai by going solo, or going pro, or finding some other way to make a living. Apparently his boyfriend's mental health just wasn't that important to him.

14. Zilv is not a true Daddy Dom

Porn is fantasy, everyone gets that. If you want to pretend to be a Dom in a porn film, that's fine, you are perfectly free to do so. However if you claim you actually live that lifestyle, that's another thing.

Clearly Zilv hasn't done his research on what the lifestyle really is -- if this wasn't evident to someone just by watching Zilv & Rourke videos, it certainly became evident watching the state Rourke was emotionally in leaving the relationship and taking all the blame. People who actually live the lifestyle have called Zilv out on this. To be a real Daddy Dom is to raise your sub up and to empower them. If your sub becomes emotionally dependent and wrecked, you're not a Daddy Dom, you're an abusive macho and a bully. Anyone who cares at all about Kai should be deeply concerned of the fact that Kai seems to believe Zilv is a true Daddy Dom. The chances are high, that Zilv has no ability to empower him any more than he did in Rourke's case, but probably Kai is becoming just as much emotionally abused as Rourke was, under the pretense that it's part of the lifestyle.

15. Zilv left Rourke with nothing

During the relationship Zilv controlled the money, he even controlled the use of Rourke’s student loan, and he had everything in his name. Zilv pursuing a porn career made Rourke quit his studies. Zilv left Rourke with no degree, no work history, no credit history, no property, no steady job and nothing in his name. Not even the possibility to utilize any of their shared platforms he had spent years helping to build.

16. Zilv repeating patterns

Zilv said he and Rourke got off on the wrong foot. He started the relationship with Kai as they were both cheating on their partners - that does sound a bit like starting off on the wrong foot. Zilv also said he and Rourke moved to fast. He has now moved in with Kai after dating less than two months and they filmed porn at their second or third date. This is very concerning if one cares a bit about Kai. If Zilv is also repeating the pattern of having everything in his name, Kai can prepare to be left with nothing once he gets the boot.

17. Zilv throwing shade at Rourke

Zilv has been repeatedly throwing shade at Rourke, demeaning him and belittling him. This was something that was to some extent going on already during the relationship; Zilv would for example post about how Rourke had burnt the salmon, making remarks on how useless Rourke is in the kitchen. During the drama this behavior intensified, as Zilv was telling the fans how Rourke is lazy and has no other skills than to "take dick", and how all their success had been due to Zilv's talent. When Zilv gave numerous reasons for why the break up happened, he listed all the things that were wrong in Rourke, hinting that Rourke should have changed or should have been different from the start; never that there was anything wrong with himself or any effort he could have made.

18. Zilv keeping to himself and giving away things belonging to Rourke

Around New Year Rourke went to get his things back from Zilv. Apparently Zilv made this very hard (according to what Rourke's sister later tweeted about the issue), and many of Rourke's belongings were still left at Zilv's - including many gifts from the fans to Rourke. Zilv has been giving away some of the things, portraying himself as a philanthropist since he didn't sell them, but failing to recognize that he shouldn't be giving away things not belonging to him in the first place. We are not talking about merely some clothes (although he for example kept Rourke's favourite shorts, and Rourke had to buy a new pair), Zilv kept a jacuzzi that fans had bought Rourke for Rourke's birthday.
